Maytag Appliance Solutions provides independent support and repair services for Maytag brand home appliances. Maytag is a registered trademark of Whirlpool Corporation. We specialize exclusively in Maytag products, using factory-certified technicians and genuine Maytag OEM parts.

2. Appointments and Service

  • Appointment requests submitted online or by phone are subject to technician availability.
  • We will contact you within 2 hours during business hours to confirm your appointment.
  • A diagnosis fee may apply for service visits. This fee is credited toward the cost of repair if you proceed.
  • All repairs are performed based on a written estimate provided before work begins.
  • You authorize our technician to access your appliance for the purpose of diagnosis and repair.

3. Warranty

All completed repairs include a 30 day warranty covering parts and labor. This warranty applies to the specific repair performed and does not cover unrelated issues, damage caused by misuse, power surges, or normal wear and tear. Warranty service must be scheduled through Maytag Appliance Solutions.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, credit card, debit card, and check. We reserve the right to charge a diagnostic fee if you decline the recommended repair after inspection.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maytag Appliance Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
